all Indian weddings always looked the same, red lehenga and the pheras or respective rituals. now they all have the twilight photo and are releasing photos shot by the same photographer. but pastel color seems to be the in style, and they all have the same stylists ami Patel etc, same draper, and makeup artists. her pictures look a mixture of anuskha, Katrina, alia but the lehenga is quite different as is the jewelry and she has a very basic benda. the embroidery is stunning on this lehenga, as is the jewellery.

I think the first time I remember a anamika khanna bride was the simple Mira with shahid and sabyasachi was soha Ali khan with Kunal khemu. both looked so simple and so stunning.

Mira’s wedding outfit was my fav. I loved the whole look especially her jewellery. I think it’s after Anushka the trend of pastel become a thing cos otherwise when we used to go for wedding shopping pastel lehanga weren’t a common thing. Mu sis in law got married around that time and her dress was also similar shade. I guess red has been always a go to colour for brides but nowadays people change. My bhabhi wore blue for her wedding. And after alias wedding I see a lot of brides opt for similar saree look. The one who disappointed me after expecting a lot was Sonam’s wedding look. I feel she cud have done much better

Mira’s wedding look was very bland but simple. Like she keeps bleating, she loves “simple style.” So maybe that’s why.

I thought Sonam’s wedding outfit was appropriately grand! She did so well! I loved the inclusion of Anuradha Vakil who is an ACE designer!! If I ever had this kind of money, Vakil is what I would wear who is sorely over-looked by most of BW except Sonam & Rani.

I loved that Isha Ambani wore Vakil to some 1000th lol function of Anant Ambani. Lovely outfit too.
