This show's writing has more problems than not. Maybe they believe this is the only way to gain ratings? I'm not sure. I've given up on understanding the characters or the storylines. It's truly not worth it. Though that is not to say I won't criticise it any more.

That's true. Reading everyone else's opinions on it here and putting forth my mine is what helps the most. It would be mentally and emotionally draining otherwise.

You should definitely watch that show. I’m also thinking of watching it!

btw you can watch other light-hearted shows on hotstar like Murder meri jaan, Dil Bekaraar, Ghar Wapsi

Wagle is doing pretty good

Only show on ITV which isn't crazy about joint families and not making living as a nuclear family the biggest crime.

Rajesh Wagle is actually the lead who is freaking amazing and people like him are more needed in society, but he is not shown to always correct or know it all.

All the other characters are pretty good and have their own to put in the story and everything is not made about him or him solving the problems.
