I bet if Dhara and suman find out shivas condition they will use it to their advantage… they will use shiva and emotionally blackmail Raavi and make her stay. Which is why Raavi wants Dhara to stay away from shiva.

Yes that is obvious. Because in the 7 years he didnt recover and all of a sudden he realises something is up after seeing his family again.
