Don has the plan for a heist in Berlin, so most of the movie is playing in Berlin (Germany)...but why not read the plot in Wikipedia? (although they spoil almost everything...)

Might as well. Doubt I'll watch it after so many years. I even forgot the plot of the first one, so IF I ever do watch this, I'' forget the plot by then too😆
