I do not think illness is true, it can not, Motor neuron disease in real is lethal with no available treatment so they can not show she has a disease but it can be cured. Thus it has to be fake truth.
However, there is a possibility that doctor is giving her the medication that has side effect such as dizziness. So it could be either or or both.
Amba has to be alive else who is going to make classy plan to have them failed. 🤣
she does need to be witness in the functions as well because she is vikra’s aunt. So they have to have cordial relation with her for the sake of Chitra.
