In Sai’s case Vinayak was rescued from a bus accident where Sai herself was injured .. and she presumed the child dead .. she never waived off the rights ..
in these cases mostly adoptive parents are called foster parents ….. they have status have adoption but the right is not totally theirs
my cousins had adopted an abandoned baby from orphanage..they are Foster parents only ..mostly in Indian scenarios the kids are abandoned only .. but if a biological parents comes to claim it .. they will get their custody back
Anyways in Vinayak’s case .. even if he knows it that he belongs to Sai .. abd Savi is his mother it’s enough damage to PakRat .. because Vinayak won’t let the matter lie

Foster parents and adoption are two different things here in the US. So that's the law I know, if there's was logic Sai, didn't signed her parental right but rescue child in orphanage. So if that child is adopted legally, a biological mother can't just come and stake claim to a child after years. It'll be a court matter or the adoptive parents decide to give the child back but biological has no standing.
I don't know how that ridiculous Vanku, going with this track I just don't want anything like that surrogate
