If Sai's wrong actions can also be understood and forgiven by audience but same can't be done for other characters, its because of the way things are shown. Every other character is SO vile and horrible that its impossible to condone their behavior. Its because Sai is the only character people love and connect with. And its not that her crimes are defennded blindly. People thought it was silly to break in but not as much noise over it because Sai as a character is performed so beautifully that one is always on the same page with her. And she faces SO much crap on a daily basis on the show that we wait for moments of Sai- wins or Sai getting some respite through kids/aabaa/Etc . When they screw it up, obviously people get pissed. Sai is the reason to watch.

Not going to argue with that... my point being Jags was brought in to build a parallel.... that both Sai and V do not trust each other etc.

Looks like P goes to pick Vinu up , sees cctv footage of school where Sai is seen taking him after meeting him "over" affectionately. She tells V to complain that Sai is acting as if she is Vinus asli mother and that man is gonna pretend as if he will handle it. And instead of handling P he chooses to bother Sai with his BS. And in due course insecure pathetic P will take Vinu and flee. P acting crazy is exactly the reason why Vinu shouldn't be with her. Shes a horrible person. Also Why is she talking through V now? In the past she has shown up to directly talk to Sai right ... So suddenly why is she making V the moderator. So far their narrative is making it seem like P doesn't know Vinu's truth but her extreme reaction of taking Vinu away isnt warranted unless she's aware of the truth... Simply seeing one instance of Sai taking Vinu with her from school isnt reason enough to flee. So she has to know the truth somehow- either before hand or now. I like the conspiracy theory that she plotted everything from get go.

The interesting part is Jagtap was blamed when he revealed about Savi saying he betrayed Sai’s trust but he is hailed when he revealed about Vinu .

Can’t blame anyone but the story makes people react that way . Anyone who sided with V including kids are not spared and anyone who helps Sai including a murderer is appreciated. ( by the by I have liked JM growth so 😆)

Technically he didn’t reveal about Vinu.. I think he just played poker with Virat to get him to speak!

Jagtaps reformed is shown in actors acting.. unfortunately Ps they tried a lot through other characters but it didn’t work… I can’t even feel her motherly aspect for Vinu either. I have tried looking unbiasedly but the actor fails miserably Then the dialogues P keeps blackmailing a kid

The acting skills are horrible. Pakhi will get redeemed if she willingly divorces Virat and leave, which she won't, so obviously she's not reformed just yet. Very simple logic this.

Bold) she is an insane woman who should've been incarcerated in prison, but Virat posted her bail she never did her time in prison coz bhaiya is another level pathetic individual. Pakhi being a criminal that too an insane criminal is ineligible to adopt a child, but she did anyway

Do I have reasons to dislike him- yes

Do I need any reasons to dislike him? No

I don't like him.

Also I'm not gonna address him as the hero just coz he is the main character of the show.

If I go by your definition of the hero then there are so many shows that have the "Ultimate Hero" who literally have zero good qualities!

Hero and Main character are two different terms.

Virat is a main character- yes

Virat is a hero- no. I don't think so. (Even if you go by the literally meaning of the word)

Nobody expects any character to be correct all the time. But when they are wrong we as Audience should be able to understand their pressures and dilemmas etc etc. But in this show no character except Sai and now JM is someone audience can actually understand. V is ridiculous. If he has just revealed to Sai that Vinu is her kid, it should be him who makes an excuse to p that Vinu will spend 1-2 days with Sai because he has a project, wants sleepover etc etc. Did he really expect that Sai will tolerate Vinu going back to CN right after such a big truth reveal. He threw Sai in jail to keep Savi all to himself.... But he didn't consider what Sai will feel. Why is P showing up to pick Vinu up?! V should have told her not to go and told her something else.

Nobody will ever understand or condone anything V or P do. Any character thats not on Sai's side will be bashed because Sai is the only person people are rooting for. Its impossible to root for any other character after watching 750 episodes of this show.

Sai is not without flaws but her characterization and Ayeshas performance is so good that she makes you understand all her actions and when you dont, you find reasons for her behavior and justify it. Thats what it should be for every character. But on ghum its only true for Sai and JM.

Every other person is useless.

Any defense of V, rooting for Sai V is impossible to understand for me because of everything that has been shown.
