While virat who made big claims about loving his daughter kept his mouth shut not one time but many times whenever his family talked about not having chirag infront of him.

No one said vinu is not chirag or anything during savi's tulabhar. Calling savi is chirag doesn't mean vinu is not. Moreover according to sai, vinu is virat pakhi kid. So it's not her business to say anything. Mainly no one mistreated vinu infront of her at that time.

🤷‍♀️ These are not real people. They are written by someone, Sai is not real...she is being written by the same person who is writing Virat

They are incapable of writing for both kids at a time. One kid is more important than the other if the track is about them when the track was Savi centric, she was the heiress

When the track is Vinu centric,he is the heir

Considering all points here, but again the question arises why should Sai take a stand for Virat's and Patralekha's child when they themselves were not..why is the expectation from her.. Vinu then was not her child to take a stand for, she was there for her child and the love she was getting that she never got .

Now the situation is not exactly the same bcz in case of Virat, he knows that he has two children, both are 'his' kids..He is not taking a stand for 'his' kid, unlike Sai who was expected to take a stand for her ex's and his wife's kid.

Too many misconceptions

I would have clarified but I am too bored of current track to bother so ending it with Virat didn't take stand for anyone, it is not that he said Vinu is his heir and Savi is not, he didn't speak for anyone so the dialogue didn't exist in screenplay
