When Manish and Abhimanyu were talking and Abhimanyu said he'll handle Ruhi and send the other gift if Manish wants, it almost seemed like he knew the gift was for Akshara's child, which in this case he would be assuming is with her current husband, did someone else notice it? He got too awkward and ended up saying am going to hospital.

Yes abhi knows it's akshara kid and kid s out of her remarriage which s misunderstanding of him

Ohh.. and the doctor hasn't wondered how magically she could conceive so easily again? Even in real life doctors say to wait after miscarriage and Akshara toh had complications also, and even if he thinks Abhir is 1 year younger than ruhi, won't the size on the dress give it away?

Wahi and i find ruhi abhi and abhir abhinav scene too overboard..may be due to upcoming abhi abhir bond..

I think Abhir might not accept anyone else as his father unless they show Abhinav turning full on negative and abhimanyu rescuing Akshara and Abhir. Abhir has a good father who his mother also calls a super hero, he might end up taking his father's route when he learns the truth and hate him like he hated his father and then will be a copy paste of kairav Kartik where kartik realized his mistakes and all, but even then Abhir will accept him only if Abhinav is out of picture.

Kaand Mata has started her marry Arohi Jaap, the woman who has named her daughter a part of her name only, so now that track will start and since according to Abhimanyu, his impulsiveness hasn't costed him anything, you never know what he will do next since he thinks Abhir is proof of Akshara moving on.
