Dont think that truth will come out soon as Harleen wants Ekam. If in the future they show a story where somehow Ekam dies and Harleen thinking Nehmat is responsible wants to destroy Nehmat only then this truth will come out. Even if Jasmines truth comes out and Harleen hates Nehmat for this she will never reveal the certificate part if that means that Nehkam can be together.
