My guess is both of them will marry brothers… frst brother will have second marriage with shrenu.. second brother’s wife(shrenu’s friend) some how manipulated/ lied and convinced shrenu for this marriage for her own selfish reasons.

From the latest article, it is evident that they marry 2 brothers.

So we know that Namish-Nandini will be married

Zaan-Maitree will be married

Namish is a lawyer

Looks like both couples will get divorced and then Namish character will marry Maitree which is why Nandini will hate her

Maybe Zaan and Nandini will be negative?
