As per Katha, may be she concluded Viaan is some head strong, pervert, womanizer, short tempered, sleazy privileged rich bachelor, a company owner who asks personal favors from his female sub-ordinates taking undue advantage of their financial/personal situations..😲 then she experienced her boss crosses professional boundaries during normal work place interactions.
Yeah she impulsively resigned, but Katha could have thought through well, put some requests/conditions before pleading Ehsan who wanted her to rejoin for the benefit of project, but she didn't. 😕 As per her banker friend's advice she realized she needs a job with regular income to take care of Aarav's dreams going forward, not just sundry freelancer assignments. But Doc said Aarav needs care, observation even after discharge & her time too.
People like Jeetu Bhai, Ehsan Sir seem empathetic. Even if you have lied to be single to get a job, can always tell them some relative/friend in Mumbai has health emergency requiring your attention, so for few days you will work remotely, deliver things & come to office only for pre-scheduled important meetings, why remain silent, then curse your work situation, ruin your health & sleep by increasing stress levels? pls you are neither a machine nor super woman juggling with a sick child in hospital nor a submissive naive DIL in joint family taking all of MIL harassment silently.
Now if Katha is experiencing a sadistic boss who has purposely tightened deadlines, putting triple overload of work on her, trying to probe her personal life, which she may feel is just meant to harass her, why not react? Just tell Viaan again upfront, that you aren't liking such pressurized work environment in Earthcon & genuinely looking to move out, when he brings up Pyramid bribe offer topic.😳 Ignoring or pushing Viaan off, restricting to only project related talks with him, can't solve daily stress at work nor demands of your son to be with you in his critical times. This rather showcases you are a meek employee not using your brains & HR rights correctly.
