see I feel this justice was long awaited .. if they had shown this with the bus accident they would not have got 1 month ke extra scenes where they got VP remarriage , honeymoon and Sai working in a new space

now by making Sai do this operation..and then find vinu I am sure Sai will be mahan and agree to sacrifice her child as patralekha raised the kid .. abd vinu said P is my mom.. but Patralekha will seek revenge .. as Bhavani might start showing more inclination towards Savi .. .. so P will try to harm Savi .. rather kill her
