yes I also think it is a new ploy of amba to keep videv separate.

one of the interview Sneha did mention that amba would not let marriage happen.

also, neeli's BTS about age and illness are two separate issue indicates this would be chnage of mind for HP

this made up illness is to get HP on right track

But I doubt they would do all this in this show. Vidhi may try to distance herself or try to prove herself a gold digger, Dev will never ever believe it no matter what.
