What's the deal with Harsh and Manjiri?

I did not watch old videos and just started watching the show due to new entry, I wanna know what's the deal with manjiri and harsh? What's their problem?

Harsh didn’t wanna marry Manjari coz she had no ambition and they were mismatched. He verbally abused her, gaslighted her and just hated her. He also cheated on her with another woman (a doctor) and had a son (who was Neil).
Abhimanyu saw this bad behavior of Harsh over the years and started disliking him and calls him “Sir.”

Manjari took a stand for herself after years of abuse and now they are kinda separated (?)
