Again one can throw heaps of accusations towards a person but that couldn't have stopped the guy from getting bail nor could he be continued to be detained and extension of such. That's not how law works. It's obvious police have hard evidence, tangible and concrete proofs against the guy. There are very few situations of non bailable offense when it's case of suicide and all of them are serious heinous crimes.

If he hasn't killed her directly, no matter what, he is not a criminal and doesn't deserve what he is going through. Being a cheater is not a criminal offense. The guy has been abused in past, has a traumatic past and now that he got a good opportunity to show his talent, this happens. Her mother is definitely devastated but by ruining him she won't find peace. Think of his family too. His career is definitely destroyed now, and obviously he will suffer mentally alot. Her mother should have taken action when she attempted suicide earlier. Forcing a child into showbiz at such a tender age then letting them date and live in and now blaming someone for not reciprocating the same feelings is problematic itself. Unless Sheezan stangulated her to death, which is obviously not the case, he is innocent

in end if he comes back innocent.... wont help him at all...

Tunisha's family's grieve is understable but they are just saying whatevr they can to accuse him further. Everything from taking drugs to the sisters teaching her urdu s being taken out of context or blown out of proprtions. This is not how a judicial process works.

Tanisha's mother may not even be thinking properly due to the loss. She could still be in shock.
