To be honest, and yes unpopular opinion probably, but saying Your mum, your dad, Your wife, etc in retaliation, has been so done to death on this show so Shalin’s reaction does look like a massive overreaction. Vikas doing it would’ve been more understandable after what Archana said to him.

Also I feel like Shalin revealed to Tina & Sreejita why he takes a strong stand like that re: biwi - he said he wants a girl to feel proud that their man is like that, and keeps their dignity - so it was like a performance to show “I’m a man that won’t hear uff against my partner”. 😆

Some gems from this incident:

-Priyanka, when shouting at Archana told her that she will nominate her and get her evicted. 🤣
I felt like it was a message to audience members like myself who have this shikayet about her.
She’s getting worked up and saying more though, she said every curse Archana had said to her, she wants it all on Archana and she will slap her etc - I did feel like I was watching a more genuine version of her. 😆

Abdu: Absolutely brilliant when he said that anyone bringing parents in arguments only serve to reflect poorly on their own parents. ❤️

Mandli have been AWESOME so far. Just chilled and discussing the fight. They know what Archana is like, she has never been part of their mandli.

Nimrit killing it when saying tumne doosro ko bura kiya, ussi ki saath milkar, toh aaj woh tumhaare saath kar rahi hai. 👏
