Rk has seen many flops of his own and he seems very grounded about that fact that everyone will have hits and flops so don’t think he is the one who will be happy about anyone’s flops.

Coming from the movie stars/ film makers family and having seen so many failures up close in the family - he would be the last one to be happy about anyone’s flops imho.

Having said that, I also think that TM was probably joking and not serious about this point.
