Both parts were filmed at once.

How did PS1 do in Hindi? I’m thinking it will have some kind of an affect on Rocky Aur Rani and I don’t see KJo being OK with that.

It grossed over 30 crore in the Hindi belt. Now that more people are watching it on OTT, the sequel might get more traction in Hindi. Even if it does 50 crore in north, it will make a significant dent in collections for Rocky Rani. There will anyway be a minimal collection in South because PS2 will take off big time there.

I was hoping to get a new shot of Ash's character.

I really enjoyed the first one. Hope Mani can continue with the sequel

I would prefer they keep it all under wraps until the final big reveal happens.

Both the parts were shot together, so part 2 release was always planned for mid 2023. So excited for this movie. Who cares about Rocky Rani Raja Jockey….and woheva!!!

OMG. So much foreshadowing for the climax. I hope Mani knuckles down and give us a proper Aishwarya -Vikram song this time around. What's the use of having an epic love story if you're not going to flaunt it ?(for the promotions at least) And I hope he doesn't remove ANY of the songs.

I don't think Vikram and Ash's characters were lovers as adults. So any love song might have their younger versions.. played by other actors.
