Btw the smile in the precap when Virat is asking the doctor for Patralekha's reports does not mean he was expecting pregnancy. Patralekha had to be taken to the hospital, the very next day and he was asking for those reports. Pregnancy ka earliest to earliest stage bhi itna nahi hota. This is like a one day gap.

I have a feeling Virat was all moving on coz Sai was pushing him away and he thinks Sai has moved on in the sense she doesn’t care if he is with P. Hence she will not interfere as a third wheel but she will and should at least taunt him for accepting P and showing all the bedroom cringe.

I had mentioned in EDT update that the look that Sai gave Pakrat when she saw them was a look of hurt and pain. I don't know how she will behave. Probably if Virat tells her about Vinu, she will devote full time in searching for him.
