Most probably he is not in list of 6-7 foreign players of every team so they don't wanna guve 1cr to him and can take him back for lesser amount

Bhai Dhoni ka last yr hain

They need to move on and make a team where no one is a liability or doesn't know their job.

They can't make a team which can be led by Dhoni rather the one where they can do well without that much pressure on the Captain.
