One positive thing today is Sai knows Virat and Pakhi didnt share anything except naam ka rishta.
BK kind of told everything about who is important for Virat. When she said Sai is Virat's life and world, he looked at Sai like "See! this is what you are to me and you left me" :)
What Virat is feeling for Pakhi is definitely not near to what he felt for Sai. Sai in hospital usually disables him. He is active here and workign towards "saving" her. Also he knew Pakhi gave up and committed suicide. He remembered the FB where she was stoned when he was asking her to move out.
I am hoping that SaiRat would work together to improve Pakhi's condition. I cant see Virat falling in love or feeling extra guilty. But he will be more careful now with Pakhi.
PS: I felt he is more confident in dealing with the situation because Sai is there.

Sai is not coming back to him easily. If there was nothing between pakhi and virat till now, she would assume something will happen now. There is a marriage in place also. Problem is not that.
Most people know n even its evident on paper that is the case.
Its the execution dialogues n performances. It is so shallow. Every other characters says Virat loves Sai but its not seen in his actions demeanor anywhere. But opposite for Virakhi.
Its ok to not show Sairat for suspense factor but atleast maintain distance w Virakhi. The anniversary jealousy understood but their intimate emotional conversations in room etc r not even MU.
Its like theocratically Sairat hi couple hae but hum jo dikhae dekh lo.

I think, there might be a conversation between Sairat (SBS Spoiler) where they'd tell each other how much they love each other then Virat will go inside OT and to save Pakhi, he might say something which would undo everything Sai has heard from Bhavani
