I also finished watching PS-1 and quite enjoyed it.

There's a lot going in the movie in terms of characters and the way the story weaves through the different locations....but the treatment was very nice in terms of music and direction especially. Mani Ratnam's class as a director shines through in how he is able to bring out the drama of the story without relying on heavy duty action or VFX.

This was a setting the base kind of movie but they were able to bring out the impact of most characters and the part they play in the story.....Part 2 should have the bulk of the mystery revelations etc. I think.

Caught up on it too first thing first the hindi version is pretty well done in terms if dubbing g with most artists doing their own dub.

It was a bit of a confusion at forst in the forst half caz samjh nahi aa raha tha zyada since am not aware of the books and the whole Chola dynasty ka history toh it needed a lot of focus eso on kaub kiska kya hai given the character names were so long and hard to rememebr vut then I started just using the actor's name for my own reference and then things started to come together in 2nd half..now thay is nit their fault it is mine but it got too much to keep track.. but other than that it was pretty good engaging and ofocurse the acting and battles done with minimum use of effe ts to mount it on this scale and then the sheer class of thr cast to pull it out.👏 throughly enjoyable and Magnum opus to true dense with solid story and not just depending on the outlook. With meat for every character..also thank God for no yellow filter it was vibrant and just worth it.. I am actually looking forward to the 2nd one now..this one mainly was a karthi thing and he did fab shouldering it for most part. The women looked so pretty and it was good to see that they were not just decoration pieces..overall very good film

So if you watch the whole thing in sequence, it's sooo obvious that Ankit has decided the only way to stop Pri from getting into pangas and fights is to distract her with goofy gestures or literally physically carry her away from the arguments😆

Oh I love these..esp that fall and yeh last wala hug..anki ne kitna smoothly kia that fall on bed and still did it with grace..cute laga..and yes anki bhaiyya aise hi Bella ke rakh isse rather than giving koi tedha jawab and koi word aise hi egt jer out of mess with others.. 🧿🤗😍

Anki ka 2 in 1 kaam ek toh pri ko mana lo dusra body bhi display jar do thoda😆 but sach main man they are just so awww loom at pri ka bhi nakra dikhana and phir maan jana ek dum.bache hi hain yeh dono ek dusre ke..full roothna manana chalta hai in 2nd cap narazgi main hhi she is resting her head on him and then let gayi awww😍😍😍

Thankoos yaar🤗.....itne shades hain inke relationship ke but yeah yeh wala sabse cutest jab itni pampering pe aa jaate hain❤️.....I also realized we kind of got a role reversal of this moment when Anki was the muh phulaya hua one and Pri was the one hugging him again and again😆
