But advait didn't love anybody else even though mallika loves him. Here I guess advait was perturbed at the idea of him being forced to marry somebody who is already in love with someone else which would make a marriage even more difficult and awkward, which makes sense.

No matter how much ever we all don't want EMA ,

I guess UD is headed towards that as per the new montage,

In the montage, it's Advait -Nehmat-Ekam (all 3 in wedding dress) who are shown in the mainspace earlier it used to Nehkam-Naaz,

So it means from now on the story will focus on Nehvait marriage and Ekam,

Jasmine is shown right now because I think she is going to play the main manipulator for now. Naaz might have taken a break for awhile to enjoy her marriage with Nikhil.

I think it is Jasmine who will manipulate Ekam against Nehvait.
