Hi Shibani, Round 2 hasn't started yet. It will start from 12 midnight IST. And deadline will be till 20th December, 11.59 PM IST. Just waiting for Subha & Vera's modified entries. You two please modify your entries in the dersired word limit and send them sooner so that I can conclude Round 1 and start the voting.

No everyone can participate in Round 2, even those who couldn't participate in Round 1 if they wish to, both rounds will have separate winners and Round 2 is not related to Round 1.
