How will she get donor sperm for IVF? Unless she steals a baby from the test tubes of Birla Hospital IVF center that they opened.

Seeing Abhimaniyu's attitude of not listening to anyone anything...Akshara before taking decision hope talks with Abhimaniyu that she wants to continue with pregnancy, if he wants he can join the journey

Ar is a dumb and stupid character in this show.. I don’t want to discuss about her, let her do ivf, aur sperm ke bina kaise kar sakti.. don’t tell me that without involving Neil she’ll go for a donor 🙄

Aur Abhimanyu ko kya hua? Why he is behaving like a 3rd city illiterate guy, he is a doctor himself, he should believe in latest medical technology, go to the ends of the earth and give what her wife is desiring for because at the end Ak wants to have a baby.. no one will give 100% surety in any medical treatments.. there will be risks and side affects which should be dealt. Let’s see how he reacts with the pregnancy news.
