Nuktacheen means dusro ka dosh nikalnewala. In eng it means being critical of someone

Nukhta means a dot in Urdu, and is used to differentiate letters. Nukhtacheeni is like the English phrase: dotting the i's and crossing the t's.

But sort of like deliberating over trivial flaws.
