Thats true..BOI lists it as "Below average" also kambakht Ishq released the next year is listed as "Average" but since the expectations were so huge with these and there was no Varun dhawan at that time..no one started labelling them as successes

Yes IIRC it won a poll for most awaited movie of 2008

Thats not true..JWM was supposed to star kareena and bobby..but then kareena recommended shahid's name to imtiaz and he was roped in..it was kareena who made JWM happen for shahid..

According to Bobby that whole film was his “idea” and he was cast aside 😆

Kareena was meant to do both films. Probabably the most life altering movies for her.

Imtiaz wanted Kareena, but he knew she'd say no. So he got Shahid on board, leaving Bobby in the dust, and then Shahid convinced her to do it. Pretty sure she only did the movie to spend time with Shahid lol.

Wild how things worked out though. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor getting together...who could have ever thunk it??

Tashan tanked but she did start the whole size zero trend.
