Of course Sai Virat marriage is valid and legal .As long as they do not show a formal divorce, they are married in the eyes of law and patralekha is the illegal kept woman. And the years they said Sai was missing, She was alive in the same state using her Aadhar card and practicing as a doctor.. so maharashtra medical council and govt knew she was alive .only loser virat never bothered to investigate properly .

Sai virat marriage is valid .. they never went to the court to file a divorce .. just living separately and falsely claiming that your spouse is dead is not grounds for making the marriage void ..

So Sai's current status is wife cum sautan and didi's current status is bhabhi cum biwi... And we audience have to deal with it...
