Every marriage is a legal contract, so "contract marriage" could describe any marriage. "Marriage of convenience" is a more accurate term for two people getting married for some ulterior motive. "Temporary marriage" is also accurate if the plan is to break up.

Just FYI, in India marriage is not a contract. The people of India treat the marriage as a religious bond between the couple.
It is a religious ceremony. It is more of a sacrament as marriage is a holy and eternal union of two souls.
And whatever happens in their 'contract marriage' is upto the writer. He pays her or not its the writer's headache, not yours.
