exactly thats my concern... child trafficking and POSCO is no small thing... ye itta bada law hai ke ise is tarah use karna is my concern.

can they handle this whole plot with the detail and attention it should be... ek Wednesday thursday ke combo me she will be in the lockup, then in court and friday out of it ke bail mil jayegi cause the real culprit will be found by then.... is it that simple in POCSO...?

2nd... she is herself just 21 yo.. ittni choti ladki ko pahle lockup ka trauma now court ka drama... this gonna hit her hard... ye trauma koi chota mota nahi hai ke use aise superficial level pe theek ho jana chahiye it cant be...

writers is good i know... but cheezo itna failane ka kya matlab jab unhe logically sametne ke liye time na ho...

Yes I understand your concerns but it is reality. She has to appear in front of magistrate with in 24 hours. Cops can not keep her more than 24 hrs. Because she is adult juvenile law does not apply to her. If the evidence is there that’s the way to go.unfortunately no one can help.
let’s see how they present. Fast track mein it can get done in a week in reality also.
