plus they can not just brush up kidnapping track like this without courtroom drama showing Dev as a super hero. If they started this track they will have to go all the way. This is more logical and realistic

Child kidnapping/ trafficking is a serious offense even though it is wrongly accused. she needs to appear in front of magistrate with in 24 hours so writer does know laws and what he is doing.
We as a viewers know it is wrong. But if you consider drama as a separate entity they will have to prove her innocence or not guilty.

Arre unlike other shows they can not show she is out because dev raichand is ML and super hero who loves her. This would be stupid. This is realistic. The writer has very good knowledge of law.

This type of cases she needs to appear before magistrate in 24 hrs. They can not keep her in custody more than 24 hrs with out getting a court involve.
Yeah they can ask for two weeks police remand to investigate but it will totally be on a judge what he would like remand or direct case hearing

Yeah baki show me ese real nai dikhate isliye esa lag raha ki kya Kar re ye log..but it's realistic only..sahi way me ese hi hota he...Dev evvai usko bahar nikal deta just bcs he is hero to alag kya hota baki show se...
