They are pretty much the same statements, I genuinely see no difference. Both the statements were used with the intention to demean the opponent & both the situations had two people arguing with each other.

Honestly there was a lot of hypocrisy from Shiv on the Shakal comment. He himself in the past has said apna chehra dekh. Plus Abdu called Sumbul a man before and he was just laughing and not once said anything to Abdu. Why did Shiv not take a stand for Sumbul then? Stan has also went on Archana's shakal and said a lot to her face about it. Shiv didn't say anything there either. Everyone in that house is a hypocrite.
