It's a grudging support, a support FK is forced to give so that she maintains her viewership from Aru's fans. FK is basically a PD channel and will remain so. Aru is used as a poster child to get views as do many of the other channels. She doesn't really care about Aru! This is my perception having watched many of her earlier videos.

Also the wounds run deep from how FK and VT treated Aru and her family during the Octopus controversy where Aru refused to act. It was very one sided depiction of the events. It was appalling how Aru and her family were portrayed. They got an earful from Aru fans for the way they behaved as journalist!

Post script was a way to say I don't support this channel even though I have put a link to one of it's videos!

All Aru fans that I know of echo your sentiments entirely. And these are numerous and loyal and dedicated fans. The forced plaudits sound insincere.
Any case, a journalist who has favourites is not worth anyone's time in my opinion. In fact she is just someone who uses her old connections to earn from YT viewership by milking fans. Not a jurno at all.

The sheer talent of Arunita is so overwhelming that all these 'non-supportive' channels became 'supportive'.

But I will never ever be a fan of these channels, they were clearly exposed for their blind 'hate' for Arunita. 😡

I have seen that behaviour from Anam Sheikh of VT. But Runa Ashish has consistently been a fan of Arunita, right from the beginning. I have somehow never got the impression of Runa Ashish as you have described above.

For folks who are PD and Aru fans, the perception is likely different. For those who are mainly Aru fans, it is very obvious! Feel @Realityshow and @srtor echoed my sentiments very well!

That could be so. I don't entirely agree with that point of view, but I can see what you mean.
