In friday epi they showed ashwini have a flashback of sairat marriage early days during a rasam, and in that you saw such a big contrast between what neil looked like then and what he looks like now. He looked younger, slimmer and his complexion looked healthier and brighter. Now he has added quite a bit of weight, his under eyes and complexion look grey and sullen, as if he does not get enough sleep at all. Looks like the show and it's heavy shooting schedule has took a big toll on neil, but it hasn't affected any of the other actors on the show's physical appearances visibly the way it has neil. Although I have noticed the actress playing Karishma has added on so much weight suddenly post this leap compared to what i recall before leap.
