Ak gives baby to her mother and waits for Abhi. Abhi runs out of hospital thinking doctors words Ak can't conceive and it's risky for her. He hits a tree unknowingly and falls down . He cries remembering doctors words of Ak not to be pregnant.
In his pain of knowing Ak truth Abhi hits tree unknowingly and fell down .This can be Ak standing strong on her pregnancy and her being pregnant already. When this truth hits him unknowingly he will fall down. He can't do anything nor stop as it's already done . So throughout pregnancy he will be tense and scared of losing Ak in the name of their kid till they get hopes in some stage.
Abhi remembered Ak saying three kids she wants. Ak holds her tummy and comes and checks for Abhi. Abhi says to himself what should I say to Ak today only we discussed.
Abhi dreams of Ak holding a baby boy with a toy , and playing with him, Abhi coming from the office and taking the kid in hands. Abhi plays with kid and won't give to Ak and runs. Ak takes the kid with toy in her hands and Abhi holds the baby and mother in his hands.

I know what to lose our own people. Abhi removes tears and gets up . Ak says i am fine i will take rest . Abhi says he will get hot water bag. Ak says why is he scared more. I was scared that day seeing someone's bike thought as Abhis bike.
Ak remembered her being scared for Abhis life seeing a bike fallen and Abhi is in same state.
This report can be due to internal injury and swelling and can be false report if any as the accident compared with Abhi was for another person Ak assumed it as Abhis. So any fake report too might have lead this issue and later told as pusss when Ak is pregnant and no complications. 😜(Random guess)

Slowly Ak pic has reflected and last week Abhira were shown together . That sofa is the throne kept for them to take their independent living. Ak sitting first as queen and Abhi joining her on the sofa near independent living pics is symbolic very soon they are ready to leave Birlas. Mahima riled Manari for Ar so that Ar will help in her next achievement. Manjari as usual buddhoo got manipulated by these Humpty dumbty😂 easily. In the name of puja ,Ar wants to do nonsense so it will backfire on her next with Abhi.
Ar in green shows her jealousy on Ak and Abhira as usual . Her earrings are not a completed circle. So her wishes will be done only till some period and stops .
