I like Deepika as an actress and person but even I would say this makeup launch is horrible and possibly dangerous - the products have not been tested properly!

But according to her insta post, they took 2 years to make this product 😆

I’ve seen the ingredients & I already know they won’t suit me at all. My skin is hyper-sensitive + hates coconut oil derivatives & both the products have them quite a lot. So no. Am not going to be trying them.

Strange! There's no coconut oil derived ingredient in that ashwagandha product. From cosmetic chemistry standpoint the lab which formulated have done a fairly good job here.

As for the sunscreen product,it has coconut alkanes in the list. It's a good alternative to silicones and is least likely to cause any sensitivity.

Although very pricey ,the formulas are pretty decent.

Lmaooo. The 4th ingredient on Ashwagandha Bounce is Coco Caprylate. That’s a coconut oil derivative.

As for coconut oil derivatives “being least sensitising”, that’s quite a myth. I, and many others (just go on skincare Reddit) can’t use any coconut oil derivatives b/c it screws up our skin badly. I break out badly, get even more rosacea than I normally do & get clogged skin. So no. That’s just not true.😆😆 The formula isn’t “very decent” for ultra- sensitive skin is my point. It also has naturally occurring fragrance. Fragrance is literally the most sensitising according to most sensitive skinned people & more importantly, all dermatologists. 😆😆And when you have products such as these, you can’t afford to advertise it as “safe for all skin-types including sensitive skin”. When it isn’t. Such a SHIT line.

The sunscreen is even shittier than the moisturiser. It’s “sunscreen drops.” You’ve to apply a good amount (2-3 FINGERS worth) of sunscreen on just your face, to get the SPF factor advertised on the bottle.

DP’s website says “2-3 DROPS” of sunscreen. 🤣 DP in her live said “use a few drops” etc & “reapply every 3-4 hours.”

I want to know how many derms heard this & just gasped in horror. 😆😆😆

There are only 2 Beauty “influencers” I Follow & trust (they’re way more than just influencers though) Komal Basith & Vasudha Rai. Not seen Rai’s review, but Basith has politely called the line out. 😆 Ofc all the other influencers are going ga-ga over 82 East. But obviously. I don’t expect anything less from them. 🤬😆

Dude... the BRAND (82°E) is NEW. It's too short an exposure time to judge. People need time to get ACCLIMATED to it 👍🏼
