Ab correction to yeh bhi hai ki Krishna dwaipayan Vyas did not just jot down Mahabharat he also is credited with compilation of Vedas and Vedanta, and writing of all the 18 Puranas. One of which is Mahabharata. Even if I look at it as mere literature this is an enormous amount of work to be done by one man.
This is the reason I said this is not the place to discuss Ved Vyas or his writings. 😊
