Why did V had to remove his and P's wedding picture from that shelf, and put it on Savi's pics wall...arre usko vahi rehne deta...is he indicating they are indeed a family?

If they accept that she still is, then Dumb Chavan would be an established bigamist, one more crime added to his list of crimes, their pyaari pojitive FL P becomes illegal and irrelevant, so jab tak bol rahe hai ki P wife hai, Sai ex wife Maan lete hai... Afterwards, when Vinu's truth also comes out, Sai would again become Mrs Chavan, or maybe they go through the re-marriage track, organised by kids.

They r all telling audience that Sai was wife n PL IS wife. We have to forget legalities and accept it.

Sai’s character strength is reduced atleast as of now and focus is Virat PL n kids. Sai she went through so much but nothing is shown. Now she agreed suddenly for Virat to be father without any strong reason or putting up counter fight, because they mostly want to show Virat and PL ka struggle as couple while his ex and her child is back in their life.

Just like they ditched her entire life in KK n suddenly brought her in NP without showing any closure. She spent so many years there n built relationships but its all left behind n focus shifted to establishing n showing Virat PL marriage dynamics, that it was all good, moving forward(not there yet but also not as aloof), PL is best mother n when it was about to puck up just then Sai n Savi entered and now its facing turmoil.

Again Sai is TRP puller it is Sairat story and we r watching for their story but RIGHT NOW focus is not on them at all but it is on Virat n PL.

They r precisely running it from ML’s POV. He doesn’t care a zip about Sai hence we dont get to see it either. Also, As per montage, Virat Sai love is burnt and Virakhi are a team n PL is in center for now. Sai will have to watch over calmly from the side.

However, I wish some point they bring Sai character in center and we get to see her backstory.
