What I took out of it: Even if Patralekha ghusaoed her agenda, Virat looked at her and before he could even THINK about her statement or react, Ashwini spoke about Sai and Savi ka sachcha pyaar. So in all probability (I AM SURE), he did not register it at all.

He didn’t because he ran away to Savi after talking to Ninad and that’s why Patralekha was upset AGAIN because POPAT
