The episode starts with ritesh telling indu that color drained from kadambari face when the will came into the picture. Ritesh says he is confident that they will only win the case. Indu says that she is scared and not sure what the judge will do.
The court session begins after lunch. Judge asks kalpana and meghna if they have something to say for one last time before she gives her verdict. Kalpana says that kadambari is the biological mother of zoon and that nobody can love her like kadambari. She adds that she is financially secure and sameer her husband is also mentally and physically fit to provide a safe and secure happy life to zoon.
Meghna says that just by giving birth, a woman doesnt become a mother. Motherhood is an emotion and indu has at a young age given up so much to bring zoon up. She says Ritesh is financially secure and says that ridu would be able to provide an emotionally balanced happy life to zoon. She also stresses on the fact that zoon’s choice is ritesh and indu and she sees a happy family with ridu only.
The judge declares the verdict in kadambari’s favour. She also adds that ritesh and indu are not allowed to meet zoon at all.
Ritesh., indu, rahul and vivek are shocked. Sameer and kadambari are happy
The judge dismisses the court and leaves.
Ritesh says he doesnt believe in the verdict. He says that he would move high court and supreme court but he would never let zoon be away from him. Sameer says that he feels pity for ritesh when ritesh holds his collar and tells him to shut up. Vivek and Rahul pull back ritesh. Kadambari tells sameer that she cannot wait to see her daughter.
Ritesh turns around to see indu missing. All search for indu.
Mouj is making kheer when bobji comes and shares the verdict. All are shocked.
Sameer comes home to take zoon away. Mouj says that wait for indu to come and inform zoon. Sameer says that what will indu do. Sameer calls out for zoon. Zoon is told the verdict. Zoon refuses to leave with sameer.
Ritesh comes in searching for indu but indu is not at home. He tells sameer to wait for indu to come and see off zoon. Sameer reminds ritesh of the verdict and also reminds him that ridu are not to meet zoon else he would call the police.
Indu comes in and meets zoon. Zoon asks what is happening and she wants to be with her and genie papa. Indu tells her that she is a good girl and shouldnt cry at all. She says to stay strong only then she will be strong and she can fight to bring zoon back to her.
Precap: indu says that she has given her blood and sweat to raise zoon. She will never give up and fight for zoon. Zoon says bye and leaves the raina house
