Phone Bhoot collected a poor 10.25-10.50 crore nett over its first week. The film had a dull weekend but the Monday trend was not bad but its was probably due to evening collections due to the holiday next day. There was not a huge jump on the holiday and then the collections fell badly post the holiday on Wednesday.

The film will struggle to collect post the first week. The film had a genre which has a good chance at the box office but this film was done in a spoof way which takes away any benefit given by the genre. The collections across the core Hindi belts were awful. Delhi NCR gave the better collections for the film.
