There was a story by vihan with tanmay in same clothes...ayesha was in background....also hospital scene both sai and savi are present....savi may wanted to play with vinu...and sai has agreed may be as savi is ill

It is not hospital scene .. this was an earlier scene .. where Savi is wearing her bus stand wale kapre .. so it was shot before ..they are sitting abd doing time pass
