Regarding contract, Kale did say March but the contract started in July last year and was extended this year - so it should ideally run till July.

Looks like you are in for a treat! Mere Dholna Sun and Kehna Hi Kya were sung by Arunita in Suriname.

In Suriname concert on 04 Nov 2022 there were some children from an orphanage in the audience. So PD dedicated Taare Zameen Par to them - him and a grand piano, what a combination!

It was raining so heavily there and it was an outdoor event! 😢 Sounds like they were delayed by a few hours.
They must not have started until probably 11:30 pm or so. Amazing that they performed so late and that too a full performance and all that crowd waited to watch them! Most of them were standing! I would have left! Nice to see more diehard fans than me 😃

They are going to be tired today when they travel to Trinidad. At least they have a 5 day break before my Atlantic City concert! When I spoke to the organizers they had said Fri the 11th was an available date but no takers. He even told me what the cost would be to bring them to perform but I won’t disclose publicly. Wonder if they got an event added for Fri possibly a private event or something on the east coast just like they added on the Atlanta show when they arrived.

Is this really true? They went back to India for a show in Jaipur and flying back to US on 12th? Unbelievable!

I booked all my tickets refundable but now this will be last minute if they don’t reach Atlantic City on time. I feel like cancelling my tickets and trip 🤦🏽‍♀️

This is crazy, if true!! I had seen some post about a concert on 09-Nov but I dismissed that from my mind as an error.

If your tickets are refundable, I would suggest you wait it out. You will know whether they depart from here on time or not. And they will mostly fly in to one of the NYC area airports so that they can drive straight down to Atlantic City in a couple of hours or so.

She keeps saying Atlanta, but that is wrong. They wouldn't fly into Atlanta for a show in Atlantic City - EWR would be ideal or at best JFK. She is either misinformed, or has made an error in reading the city name.

Air India has a non-stop flight that leaves at 01:50 local time from Delhi and lands at 06:45 local time at EWR. That would probably the target.

Also I wonder who this big party in Jaipur is. A politician? Or the famed Bhuramal Rajmal Surana jewellers? Or somebody from the royal family?

Their Jaipur concert is 6-9 pm on Nov 11th. Then they have to make that long drive to Delhi to catch an early morning flight to NY/NJ (hopefully direct flight). And straight from US Airport to Atlantic City concert on Nov 12th.
The others - band members and singers - get to tour around US. So not fair.
And the jet lag to add to this mess!

Hope they get at least Business class seats or better yet First class tickets back to US. But first class and business class seats are the ones get sold fast these days. They may not get those bookings!
I feel bad for them.
I wanna know how much money Jaipur walas gave Sony to twist their arm to make this happen!
