Initial setup dialogues and intro is heavily borrowed from Salman's Tiger Zinda Hai (heck even the "zinda hai" dialogue mouthed....sorry, I meant hammed by Srk ).

John is kept there to be a male eye candy (as Srk can't possibly be one specially at this age) and also to do action sequences well, being a brilliant action star (as Srk is again failed at such tough action-oriented roles miserably in the past as well..the open arms' days are long gone now)

But now, it’s just another addition to this assembly line fast and furious type mindless entertainers

I’m looking forward to jawaan more than this purely coz Atlee and Anirudh will bring in the much needed freshness into an srk film
