Panic attack can come any time. It is basically brain thinking some danger is going to come and the person feel like they need to escape. Actually using phone or going for a walk or doing activities helps . But being in BB house is really bad since it is claustrophobic . Most of the medication require you to sleep for extended hours to help you calm down.Not sure why she signed up for this.
I cannot go stay anywhere it is claustrophobic for extended period of time. The breathing is because your heart rate increases and you feel like you are going to die. Hope she leaves soon.
