I think she used Yash's money initially and then re-married a rich man. Because when Jasmine left Moga, she was still posing as Yash's wife. So we can assume that the NGO that saved Jasmine was able to file a domestic violence case against Yash, and Jasmine got Yash's wealth as a form of compensation.

OR

The makers can simply say that Jasmine somehow got herself a new identity and re-married a rich man.
