Also a random clause added by an agency that you have to be married sounds fishy

But then it could be just makers changing rules and laws to justify the marriage and the story šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

But then that justification doesn't make sense.

I did complain to IBF on precisely this... that an ashram law cannot be over and above Indian law. It was accepted though as of now nothing of the sort has happened that they have shown rectifying it.

The mental illness theory is not @sadiltl's theory...it is something that is there in the original Bengali version. Her theories are an attempt to link ghum to the original show Kusum Dola to which she is attached. And even this theory is an attempt to make bare minimum sense of the crap being served - whether one agrees with it or not is upto each.

No one is saying Sai should be with Virat only. It has been mentioned number of times that all the discussions are being done ignoring ethical & moral transgressions that took place...by the members' own admission. If this was real life, no one will endorse Sai & Virat getting back together.

If they show Sai leaving Virat forever, @sadiltl or for that matter anyone who is engaged in these discussions is not going to object or say that Sai should remain with Virat only.

I understand people getting triggered by the content....it's understandable and very very valid ...I am myself very sensitive...but not everyone watch shows the same way. Some watch it as just a story.

On the point of keeping the 'unbiasedness' alive..

It comes from a perspective that Sai is a character and not a real life human. Sai and Ayesha are different.

They cannot be equated.

Ayesha is not suffering. Sai is ...

Ayesha is the lead and she is not sidelined...

People in this forum and twitter have an unhealthy obsession with Sai/Ayesha. I like her but as a character.

But like NB suffers from poor writing... she suffers too... it's just that the makers are fairly clear about Sais character arc more than V's. I am not getting into who acts better or who justifies the poor script with their acting.

So her behaviour still finds some acceptance. V doesn't.

But for the sake of the story.. till a confirmation for new ML is there... V is the lead for her. Whether he is worth for her is not in our hands. We may have a different perspective than the makers.

Sai as a character too is flawed... but her flaws are less...

She has idiosyncrasies too... but hers are much milder.

Like I still don't know why Sai kept the whole who is my baba hidden from Saavi? Till Kankavli was fine but after seeing VP married and having given her own blessings, shouldn't she clarify it to Saavi... what is she waiting for?

Neither is the I didn't call because I was angry working out. This is not how Sai behaves... so I am still hoping for a FB of an phone call that was ignored or was shoved off...

Let's see šŸ‘šŸ¼

P.S. when I go too far down the rabbit hole... Nuts manages to pull me up... she is by far the most unbiased viewer according to me ā¤ļø

First of all, thanks for writing this. Because I kind of understood now what social media, public forums can do to a person first hand. While I made some good friends here, never have I been hurt so badly! And your post did that. šŸ‘šŸ¼

I will never ever write like this to anyone., not by creating a new Id so I can hide and target an unknown person. I will always remember that behind a username there is a person with flesh and blood.

Having said that, I never tried to influence anyone behind those usernames with my theories. I live in the story and talk about what the stories says! I never wanted to speak more than what the story showed me.

sorry if I made you feel any lesser woman with my theories but I consider no one here is lesser than me that they should agree to my views. And my sincere request to you is to make a discussion not denouncement or judgement on people. Because it really hurts. Especially people like me who put their thought to bring laughter and light into their discussions.

Thanks again!!

Interesting so maybe they aren't rectifying it because it's apart of the story then?

They should start to unravel some of the mystery tho or else it gets boring and audience loses interest

Literally everyone knows that the marriage is real and how virat keeps hurting sai and is such a bad person.

But you've a typical mindset of the society which is that they love each other nd should learn to live with each other no matter what. No other partner. 2 people should forcefully live together forever

This is such a problematic mindset🤢

its silly to say its "just a story" . showing any rubbish and claiming its just fiction and OTT drama is exactly what the makers and channel say to wash their hands off their responsibility to provide good content. Its kind of a moot point to discuss so much over a "fictional" show then. TV and movies are not in some bubble where it doesnt impact society or our lives. People watch a show everyday and get hooked and are impacted by it too... pretty much all shows serve variations of BS so its important that we call out what we like/dont like so that we can over time increase better quality content. Maybe some people are out there that see this content as "mindless entertainment" but most people clearly are affected and see it as a reflection of what happens around us. Especially TRP audience. So yes, we can take some dramatics and suspension of belief but when every scene is about toxicity in a relationship it is not acceptable to defend, explain the abuse and call it different POV. If V didnt do EVERYTHING he did, Sairat should be together- sure ok. but he has screwed up to a degree of no return so instead of glorifying or justifying abuse or commenting on the show's plot based on an imaginary universe where V is still a decent man isnt feasible. And its easy to say- why dont we just quit. unfortunately its not that simple. When you get attached to a character or actor and a show over many months, you always stay in the hope for something better. But there is a fine line between hope and glorification of unacceptable crap. defending a character that is indefensible is not being unbiased or optimistic. The character of V used to be "flawed" like sai but now he is plain disgusting. There are many factors responsible for this- some of which includes the actor himself. some fans of the actor hesitate to acknowledge despite the glaring obviousness of things. and then theres the makers too. there are too many people who have ruined the plot of the show. the only thing salvaging it is Sai and the 2 kids- especially Savi.

Sai's behavior, Sai as a character and Ayesha as an actor find support and acceptance for a reason. because as a character Sai is not the typical FL but a much more relatable person She has her own flaws but she has a great arc and is mostly consistent. whenever logical inconsistencies arise , Ayesha covers up for it with her sincerity making you overlook it. The same cannot be said for NB. He is failing at his job. And the makers/writers are not helping the cause.

if a person goes suddenly goes from being offensive to being saccharine sweet does not mean we need to buy the manipulation, the whitewash or the hypocrisy.

Whether people accept it or not is immaterial. This is, Infact fiction and it is the makers product and they can do whatever they want to do with it. They know the rules well and they even know where it can be bent.

If the money inflow suffers, only then they will wake up. Or atleast the channel will.

We all have our days and disconnects with the show. And we do criticise the content shown. But that should be limited to the show. Because that is fiction and that is how it should be treated. Going beyond the show and attacking members is unacceptable. They are real people. Just like I have an opinion and perspective, so do others. And each one has a right to it. We are bound to agree or disagree. If something is not in alignment with our thought it is best to leave it there, rather than forcing people to change their opinion or accusing them of having one. Each one of us has a right to express things in our way.

What Sadhika has written is taken from KD itself. Sharing a theory and having an opinion are starkly different things. The former means that they predict that is how the story will move ahead based on their understanding of certain factors available. It has nothing to do with justification or patronising a wrong character. It is just about making a prediction which can be right or wrong. That does not mean the person agrees or disagrees with it. Most importantly this is about fictional character and it real people here on the forum.

I have had so many conversations with Sadhika. And I may agree or disagree with her. But they are just that. Conversations. Healthy conversations. She has never for forced her theories or opinions on anyone. And she never supported or justified the wrong portrayals or acts of a character. She very maturely keeps the two aspects separate. Her theories and opinions are two different things. And we are free to agree or ignore. It is upto us. We cannot hold a member responsible for a show that is created and is taking its course as per decision of the makers.

Please keep this place healthy!

Sadhika - More love and power to you girl ā¤ļø Keep it coming.
