They didn't show that reincarnation part. It was a ghost type story. Post marriage Vidhi once sees a girl's photo in Dev's study room and then the ghost enters into her body and she started behaving weird. This made the show worst, they dragged it and I completely stopped watching the serial

Yeh different versions ka fate dekhar darr lag raha hai🤔 but I am pinning my hopes with this show because of Iqbal, original being a zee show and thirdly Dev being shown unmarried. In all other versions he is a widower I guess. And the makers know how much Dev is loved. He is probably the best written character of the show so they won't risk ruining it
