This Kadam was there n police station when Rajiv was arrested i think.

So basically Ghum ended when Sai left CN with Baby Vinu.

And post leap is actually a totally different new show - Ghum 2 - from kauwa-murga, where ML is Virat, FL is Paki and the main villain is Sai - who made the lives of cringe couple and Chavannis miserable. She continues to create trouble for the sanskaari parivar through her villainous acts.

In the end “good” wins over “evil”- Sai will get punished for her evil deeds and Sanskaari, mahaan Paki will get what she deserves- a happy and prosperous family life with true blessings of Chavannis.
